Deepak Kumar

Mr. Kumar serves as the think-tank of team-Aryans and spearheads strategic initiatives of the venture.

He graduated in Computer Applications followed by management education at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a M.B.A. degree from Cardiff Business School, UK. He also submitted his research paper into Banking Services Outsourcing and vendor relationship management that serves to suggest working models for success of such outsourcing arrangements.

In his words- Starting as a young entreprenuer chasing my dreams and offering innovative business solutions was not initially easy amidst Indian business environment where few grey haired morons tried their best to mock down my business plans. However, I really like to thank most of them for creating those initial troubles that made me strong enough and actually balanced my moves to help succeed in the global business environment. I really plan to write a book someday about my experiences, till then will keep working hard to win the honor of being included in Forbes list.

Vikash
Director-Operations

He is the head honcho who manages operations and keeps the team-Aryans together under his command.

He graduated in Computer Applications followed by management education at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He later joined a multi-national consulting firm for helping them in operational matters and later ended-up venturing Aryans along with Deepak. Over years he has build on his core-competencies into operations management and solely handles the execution of business processes.

James Carner
Director-Sales

Mr. Carner has always been a friendly resource for team-Aryans since its inception and currently heads sales division for the venture. He comes to us from Avaya, formerly Lucent Technologies. His experience of internet marketing and sales training gives Aryans Inc. a breath of new fresh air. His marketing antics have increased Aryans awareness in the marketplace along with establishing stronger business foundation. Acting as the Ambassador between American and Indian ventures, James exudes poignant business strategies and fills the gaps while managing cross cultural relationships.
